the camp fees.

It is important we have 6 parents for the day
to stay and supervise children. Children
will be instructed by Mr Lovell and myself.
We will travel by car to and from the site
and would appreciate offers of help. Please
complete the permission slip below and return to Mr Barclay with camp forms.

Camp Notice #4
Notice #4
25 November
Dear Parents
One week to go before camp and a few reminders, as it is a busy couple
of weeks.
1.
GEAR
CHECK
On Wednesday, I need all children to bring the following gear to school
for a gear check
·
I x raincoat
·
2 x thermal tops
·
1 x thermal longs
·
1 x beanie (or other warm hat)
Remember if you have been unable to source any of the above from
friends, op shops etc. I need to
know.
N.B. Some children will be
bringing in spare items that they are willing to share.
2. CHILI BINS
We need to borrow several large chili bins to transport food to
Kaitawa. Please let me know if you have
one available for us to use. (To be
dropped off at school on Friday)
Each child is required to bring a small amount of baking for morning
and afternoon teas. This can be brought
in on Tuesday (camp) morning next week.
Items that spoil quickly such as muffins are not advisable.
Please make sure that all baking is NUT and SESAME
SEED free!
4. Life Jackets
If you have a child-sized life jacket in good condition, could you
please let me know. We require 6 extra
life jackets to maximise kayak time.
5. Camp Cookout
The children have been placed in groups to organise a camp cookout on
the first evening at Camp Kaitawa. This
is a cooperative activity and not meant to be an expensive meal. Please advise your children if their ideas
are not practical.

If you have extras of any of these items that can be shared with other children, please contact me or send them to school (named so I can return them). You may have clothes or shoes at home that your child has grown out of but these may fit someone else in the class.
No need for new items - the opp shops may have clothing that will do the job!
